Diane Donoghue brings a wealth of financial services industry experience to her role as Executive Vice President,
GM Retail Network Service for Chase Paymentech. Her current responsibilities include all areas of the Tampa site including Product,
Technology, POS Help Desk and other shared services. Donoghue previously served as Senior Vice President for First Data Merchant
Services, where she was responsible for Sales Services which included, sales training, account boarding, merchant activation, major
customer implementations, and sales reporting. She also had responsibility for the North American business and the Canadian business
for the Chase Paymentech relationship with First Data.
Donoghue joined First Data Merchant Services in 1996, having previously held senior management positions in sales, operations,
relationship management, customer service as well as strategic development. Prior to joining First Data Merchant Services, Diane
served as Vice President for Riggs National Bank, and Assistant Vice President for Bank of Baltimore.
Diane is a member of Network of Executive Women (NEW).
